Credits goes to (ah Sum) I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided during my recent laser hair removal session. (Ah Sum ) was exceptionally kind and patient, frequently checking to ensure my comfort and asking if I needed to rest at any point. Additionally, she was very detailed in her approach, carefully verifying that each area I paid for was properly lasered. In contrast, my experiences with other staff members in previous visits have been less satisfactory, as they tended to proceed very quickly, seemingly in a hurry for the next client. This often made me feel that the laser treatment was not being performed thoroughly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope my feedback can contribute to maintaining and improving the quality of service
Always amazing customer service at this place. They always offer complementary flower tea and was very accommodating to me when I needed a different eye protection goggles since I just got my lashes done and couldn’t use the normal ones. Totally recommend this place!
