A lose-lose situation, the staff were unprofessional and lacked any safety awareness - I took my cat to a bathhouse, telling the staff beforehand that the cat was difficult to handle and afraid of strangers. Because the shop was cramped, I couldn't watch my cat, so I left. But they didn't trim the cat's nails beforehand, nor did they wear safety gloves, and just started bathing it. Moreover, the area where cats and dogs were bathed was very messy, with the cats and dogs placed very close together. In the end, my cat became stressed, resulting in both of us getting hurt... Afterwards, the male shop owner claimed that my cat was behaving well during the bath, but suddenly went berserk when the wind bleeds, causing my cat to bleed from its nose and paws, and his staff member's hand was also scratched by my cat. When taking my cat away, the male shop owner even provoked my cat with a towel, allowing my cat to scratch him again, and then laughed and said, "You even scratched me when you left." This behavior was utterly absurd and unprofessional. I even suspect that the male shop owner provoked the cat when I wasn't present. I had warned them beforehand that my cat was more difficult to handle, and that the staff should have put a cone on the cat and wear safety gloves to prevent injury. I hope the shop owner and staff can be more professional and avoid causing harm to themselves and others. My cat went on a rampage due to stress, hitting its head and paws against the cage, resulting in injuries to its nose and paws. It was also very frightened after returning home, which broke my heart.
