**Good to know before you go** According to the staff, the time you booked is the time they meet you at reception; not the time you can do the treatment. Booked 4:30 and wasn’t even our turn at 5:40. Normally our treatment will be done for this period of time. Such a shame that they don’t value other people’s time. Been coming to this shop more than 10 times and this is ridiculous. My experience is generally good before during weekend. Staffs there tend to do sloppy works during weekdays because they want to get off earlier. Now they are wasting people’s time during weekend so probably not a good place anymore.
Please note you have to wait at least 1 hour even with the booking. Booked 4:30pm and started at 6:00pm. Im not even sure how 5pm or beyond booking people get the service. Very bad time management.
my first time here and had a wonderful experience. The clinic was beautifully designed, and spacious. The staff were incredibly accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Kiki, in particular, was exceptional—she was gentle, attentive, and truly took the time to care for my needs. Will definitely come back here!
Excellent services and environment, staff are friendly and helpful. The treatment is effective and high cp value.
