WORST EXPERIENCE- DO NOT GO HERE I booked a hydra facial appointment for 4pm and reached there on time. The reception ladies made me wait until 4:45. The worst part was no sorry, no explanation, and to my shock they were ignoring me like I was a ghost when I asked them questions about appointment time They are extremely racist and rude They let other local girls inside even though they came after me I was constantly pressured to pay but no answers on my appointment time Despite this I tried the treatment - it was very underwhelming, rushed and even got the cleansing liquid into my eye I strongly hope no one else wastes money and time like me

Staffs and machines are really nice and professional. They did my treatment very carefully and skill-fully. The results are really significantly good!
First timer and super impressed by the hospital of the specialist, Rainbow 🌈. She is super detailed, with patience and extra personalized service, according to her advice from the scan. Look at the log sheet of different settings of the machine for different parts of the face and purpose. The price is insane fairly in HK. It's not far from the island as well, seriously considering committing to a package. Have a trial treatment with Rainbow. She is amazing!
