This is a rip-off! They cut my hair in a ridiculously short style, barely any hair! I told them not to cut too much, but they cut it way too short. I told them to thin it out a little, but they didn't thin it at all, it's so stiff. And their scissors are dull, my hair is all bounced up now!!! Absolutely rubbish!
