They only cater to regular customers. Even though there's a queue, they let others go first, and now they're going out of business!
The queuing system was terrible; they treated new customers like they weren't human and didn't want to cut their hair.
Priority is given to customers who have made reservations, but this isn't clearly stated, so everyone arrives late and gets ashore first!
They only cater to regular customers. Even if you're the first to arrive, new customers have to wait. You just watch as the regulars who arrive later go in one by one, and you wait forever. It's extremely unfair! No next time! Come and experience this if you want to be treated this way.
The staff were friendly, explained the haircutting process in detail, and were attentive and reliable.
