Office girls are terribly rude. Doesn't understand nothing of patients care or service.
So impolite is girl with dyed hair in the front desk. She screams at me, don't even have proper time posted on the AIA app (says 9pm but only until 7).
I have been coming here for 10 years now. Dr. Lam is a caring and empathetic doctor who is very experienced. I have always had pleasant encounters with the receptionists. Wait times can sometimes be long, but I would rather come here to have a top notch doctor.
Ridiculous, i was told to wait 30-45 mins walk in, as there 7 ahead of me. 30 mins later, they told me i had to wait for another 10 clients until i can see the doctor. Realistically speaking they should hire smarter and more efficient nurses. just horrible
Doctor and nurse are all very nice! I have missed the morning section when I arrived the clinic and the nurse helped me to reserve a afternoon section! Helped me to save a lot of waiting time. And the doctor is very gentle and professional. The best clinic that near my place.
