He's a very kind, understanding & polite – was quite in shock since most doctors are quite – definitely better than most doctors in Hong Kong.
Dr Lau is one of the best doctors that I’ve come across in hk. Very polite, patient, and detail minded. I’ll always go see him even I don’t live that nearby.
Of all the doctors I have seen in HK, Dr Lau is one of the best. He is attentive and kind. Does what needs to be done. Even after moving out of the area, I'd still come back to him. The nurse is also efficient. Can be a little crowded at times but worth the wait. Highly recommended!
I have known Dr. Lau for more than 15 years since I was a child. He has always been an attentive and resourceful doctor who understands patient needs. He is detailed in his work and explanations. It is an absolute pleasure to have him as our family doctor through the years. I cannot recommend Dr. Lau more!
I needed a medical certificate for my visa, never been to any hospitals and clinics in HK so found here by google search. The doctor attentively took my inquiry and the process was fast and explained clearly. He even amended the words mentioned on the certificate to be exactly aligned with the requirements, I'm so glad I went there. Very nice doctor. Thank you!
