Caring and attentive doctor
I have been going to Dr Henry for about 5 years now for everything from bronchitis, to tonsillitis and to URTI. In the past 3 years I have been terribly sick with Grave’s disease, hyperthyroidism and toxic thyroid storms. Dr Henry was the only doctor who truly listened to me when I was at my lowest - shaking, sweating, anxious, lots of tremors, and in tears. He knew almost immediately what was wrong with me, ran bloods to make sure and diagnosed me quickly. I have been on a medication plan with him ever since and have to go regularly for blood tests and monitoring. He is calm, patient, thoughtful and very reasonable with his pricing. I don’t think I would be where I am today health-wise if it wasn’t for his professionalism and thoughtful duty of care that he extends with kindness and he has really amazing listening ears! I always thank him!
Doctor is very patient and kind. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Plus he is fluent in English and seems to really care about his patients. The receptionist is also kind. This clinic will be my go to in Kennedy town in the future!
Doctor Ngan treated my wound infection with great patience and the next day I took the medicine I was much much better!!! So grateful to have had the courage to see the doctor and treat the cut.
