Rude and impatient nurses and poor space management
Without many options on a Sunday. luckily Dr. Mak is open til 14:00. However, I got there by 13:20 without booking. The nurse rudely turn me away by saying it’s close. I believe Dr. Mak is a experienced and skilled doctor. The nurse’s attitude is rather questionable.
A wonderful family Doctor that serves us so many years already... Thank you Dr. Kenneth Mak for giving us Favor all the time

Staff at the front counter let this place down, we will go to other doctors from now on after enough bad experiences with them.
