Super painful. Therapist was rushing through the treatment and despite multiple reminders to go lighter, the entire massage was painful and uncomfortable.
Beware.. they are always full and after you buy their plan , it’s very difficult to book, and you will experience amazingly terrible customer service, texted them at 3pm and asked to book a spot at 4:30pm, no response until you chased them and finally at 5:10pm they reply and said no opening. Just brilliant. The massage isn’t that good as well just that there are no other choices around. I wouldn’t go again even if it’s free.
Booked two treatments with the spa via WhatsApp (which is their only booking option) and confirmed this three weeks in advance. Arrived to the appointment and were told they had just forgotten to book us in and that they were unable to see us! This was highly disappointing, since we travelled a long way. They offered to rebook us and provide a 10% discount on the treatments (pretty insufficient given the inconvenience caused). We were unable to rebook, as we're visiting HK, so very poor experience overall.
Happy with the place, I like it being quiet. And the quality of massage is good. But they are the strong type to kill knots and could be painful to some. Not the typical “relaxing” massage but it’s what I need - strong and firm massage for your tired body.
A hidden gem - clean, modern, and relaxing without the high price. The owner’s attention to detail creates a truly peaceful vibe. Will definitely return when I’m in the area.
