In September, I went to Spa Collection Kennedy Town branch for a facial lymphatic massage. Good heavens, it caused an allergic reaction all over my face and neck! Afterwards, the staff showed no remorse whatsoever, and despite multiple complaints, they refused to compensate me for medical expenses. It ruined my face, my sleep, my mood, and my time!! Here's a summary of the shameless details of this beauty salon: 1️⃣ When I asked for a refund for the unused package, they demanded a 10% refund fee. I explained that they caused my allergic reaction, which was an objective reason, not my fault. Only then did they give me a full refund. 2️⃣ When I purchased the package, they gave me two trial vouchers for friends. I returned them. They actually said, "You can still recommend it to your friends!" I was completely confused. 🤷 I had a severe allergic reaction; why would I recommend it to my friends? Do I have a grudge against my friends? 3️⃣ When I complained about medical expenses, they demanded allergy test results to prove it was related to their products. They refused to provide me with the product ingredient list, so I couldn't provide any evidence. They also demanded I pay for allergy testing myself. 4️⃣ They said I was the only one out of their 50,000 customers who had an allergic reaction, and then claimed my appeal success rate was very low. I questioned them, asking if their conclusion about the low success rate was based on past experience. They said there must have been other customers with problems, hence the past experience. They were completely bewildered. [Laughing emoji] 5️⃣ After the clerk passed my case to customer service, they refused to follow up at all. I asked for the company address, and they said I could find it online; it was all public and transparent. I said if it was public and transparent, giving it to me now would be the same. After searching for a long time, they even called her manager. She came out and told me they were going to call the police. 🤷 The guilty party is accusing me first!
