I came here with my canto friend that could speak cantonese. Whole time they were talking about how bad my nails were while laughing, thinking me or my friend couldn’t understand. My friend ended up telling me that they said that they would purposely do my nails badly. When I came out my nails were super messy with random chunks of gel in the corners. After that experience I never came back.
I was initially happy with the hard gel extensions I got. However, after only three weeks, two of them fell off. When I went back to the same salon for a new set, the quality was very poor, resulting in a lumpy, thick finish (photo). I had to go to a different salon twice to get them fixed.
Very efficient and thorough service with English speaking staffs! I walked in to remove my gel color (I still have BIAB and extensions on), the nail technician did an amazing job with incredible speed. She went as far as detailing the underside of my extensions that was a bit ajar from the installation. The price is also very fair — in my opinion. Highly recommended the nail tech with red-rimmed glasses (sorry didn’t get her name). Will come back again 💅🏼
My hard gel nails look like tiny balls, the photo is taken on the first day and it is supposed to look fresh but looks as if I be had it for a week. Even tho the nail lady asked me whether I want it thick or thin / I said normal thickness - it looks quite bad.
Gel removal and gel manicure w simple design for 220HKD Very satisfied with the service and efficiency. Design is true to the reference picture I provided and I was able to easily communicate with the technician in English! Highly recommend!
