My wife and I and our two sons (4 and 2) all get our haircut with Doris. She is super great with children, always patient and cheerful. With adults she is very attentive and professional. Highly recommended. Do remember to call to book in advance cause she is (righty) always fully booked.
Have regularly been to this hairdresser for almost 4 years and her attitude has become more rude and arrogant! Time to move on! Edit: in response to the owner’s comment, hair care industry is a service industry. The professional response to any customer, let alone a regular customer for years, should be suggesting another day for rescheduling the appointment and try to work it out mutually in a civilized way instead of rudely telling customers to cancel it. This kind of behavior shows how little the owner cares about customers.
My whole family comes to Doris salon because the service is great, easy to make appointments, and well done haircuts. I’ve also had my hair straightened and it turned out really good, lasted long
If you're looking for a place to pamper yourself, I highly recommend Doris Salon! As a first-time mom who hadn't had a haircut throughout my pregnancy—and had to pause my keratin care, leaving my hair dry—I was feeling quite anxious. Thankfully, my husband and I found this conveniently located salon! The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the entire shop is impeccably clean. On top of that, Ms. Doris is incredibly accommodating and friendly. I really appreciated how she asked about the style I wanted while adding her own personal touch. My overall experience was fantastic, and she even gave me some great advice on how to care for my hair as a breastfeeding mom. Who would have thought that applying argan or coconut oil before blow-drying would make such a difference? I tried it at home right away, and the results were amazing!
