I would give 0 star to this doctor. The other reviews are right he is very stingy with sick leaves to encourage more visitations. Don’t go to this clinic, save yourself the trouble. The nurse is rude and the doctor is rude. He won’t listen to my symptoms, ignored my questions and actually told me to stop talking because my name is too long he needed to focus on writing my name. He also kept asking the same questions over and over, clearly shows that he is not paying any attention. I diagnosed myself, all he did was gave a medical certificate. Useless. And emphasis on RUDE! Please retire if you aren’t good at your job anymore. I felt so unwell the prescribed medicine is not working, and I can’t read out the medicine he’s giving me. Buying medicine at the pharmacy made me feel better than his own.
Please avoid to go there, it’s was terrible experience I never had. You can go anywhere near around there have a lot of clinics and doctors.
Quick and efficient. Always able to see the doctor quickly and get prescription on the spot.
Terrible doctor. Been to this clinic 3 times all experiences have been bad. I only visit this place as it is covered by my health insurance. Receptionist is rude and dosen't explain things well. Her handwriting is an absolute mess so its impossible to make out what medicine you're being prescribed. But the doctor takes the cake. He is incompetent, slow and very unamicable. I waited 30 minutes for him to "dress up" as I had COVID. After 30 minutes I entered the room to see him wearing what he usually wore during my previous visits. He is very stingy when providing sick leaves (probably to encourage repeat visitation) and here's the kicker: despite having seen me multiple times he was still able to provide me a drug that I am severly allergic to. Thank god I took the time to Google. Never visit this clinic if you have the choice. Much better options in the SYP area.
As mentioned by other reviewers, the receptionist is extremely rude and the doctor is incompetent. He examined my head with gloves used for KFC. LOL. He kept asking me if I have COVID simply because my home country at that time was experiencing a spike in COVID cases (but I have been in Hong Kong for months already). Rude receptionist, incompetent (bordering on racist) doctor.
