Please do not assume that simply waiting in line will guarantee any assistance. I have been waiting for more than a year, only to be told in the end that I need to consult another specialist for treatment. I was informed that a dental hygienist student named Yoda Tang Man Yee would be following up on my case. However, it appeared that the student’s main purpose was to complete an academic assignment rather than to provide genuine medical assistance. If a patient attempts to file a complaint, the supervising instructor tends to shift all responsibility onto the patient and may even place blame on them instead. This is the experience I had at this teaching hospital.
Doctor are really unprofessional, they don’t do what they promised you. Very bad experience. 👎🏽
I didn't know there is only one Dr to do the biopsy. Seems only one is in charge. Just before 15min of the scheduled appointment, they just noticed the cancellation through the phone. Taking a leave in very difficult situation became useless although the making up cost is huge. No trust left here.
They don’t say online, but you need to reserve 3 hours for just a check-up appointment.
Reminds me during my Masters days...The best dental school to train specialist.
