Don’t know where the negative comments came from! I went in for a swollen eye and Dr Li was very kind and helpful. The nurse at the reception was also very polite. The wait is minimal which is very good
Full of experience. He gave me good advice and medicine when I was diagnosed with allergic asthma. Now I am recovered after few months.
She held the stethoscope on my back for less than a second and diagnosed me with arbitrary symptoms that I could have came up with myself. Unprofessional and would never visit again.
I was disappointed with the medical services provided by this doctor I felt that this doctor didn't pay enough attention to me during my diagnosis. He didn't seem to listen carefully to my symptoms and condition, and didn't provide me with enough information or advice. I felt that his attitude towards me was a bit cold and distant, and that he didn't show enough care and concern. I hope that you can take my feedback on board and do what you can to improve your services. I believe that with a bit of effort, you could make a real difference to the lives of people like me who rely on your healthcare services.
Trashy! I had my worst experience with this doctor. Arrogant nurse. All suffering patients waiting outside why I could hear the doctor chit chat with the nurse and on the phone for non-business topics. 30 mins he didnt ask for any patient to go in then finally hearing him asking the nurse “do we have patients” after 30 mins wth!
