I don't think you can find a kinder, jollier doctor than Dr Li. He was spot on in his diagnosis and prescription for me. I was worried but it turned out to be simple indigestion and emotional stress. His staff were also kind and efficient. Great communication, simple office, and calm atmosphere. No need for exorbitant premises and prices. Just good care. The neighborhood will be sad when he retires.
Been seeing this doctor for 20+ years. Nurses are very nice and friendly and doctor is always friendly and cheerful. Very great clinic.

Despite specializing in pediatrics, his attitude towards my daughter is less than satisfactory. He was rude, impatient, and yanked my daughter towards him when she was clearly scared and crying. Yelling at my daughter is NOT the way to calm her down. Any parent or paediatrician should already know this. We went to him 3 times and all 3 times were like this. Unfortunately, he is the kind of doctors that only cares about rushing in you and out in less than 5 minutes. And apparently, his answer on what causes her illness is always because of her "school". However, the nurses were quite polite and nice so kudos to them.
