Staff at the clinic were very helpful and kind. I had to visit daily for an over a week and each time they were patient, caring and gentle.
The staff in the children's healthcare department is inadequate and often exhibits a negative attitude toward both parents and their children. This was particularly evident with an older staff member who has curly short hair. She scheduled my appointment for the wrong time and then blamed me for arriving late for the check-up. It's unacceptable to have such rude staff members.
Medical personnel here lacks passion & caring. The few times I've visited at this clinic consistently shows medical staff in various areas to be impatient, rude, and are constantly yelling at patients, especially if you're old. They come across like they're fed-up with their jobs. This is less severe off your younger and well dressed.
Following better governance of the HA, their staff service has been improved significantly. From my observation, those staff serving patients badly are usually from low education and low pay grade group. However, their service has been improved as their supervisors always demonstrate how to serve people better. Patience and attentiveness of clinic staff are essential, particularly to aged people as they are not familiar with the clinic operations. For instance, where to quene up and how to get a waiting ticket. More importantly, mutual respect and patience to each other will smooth the work flow and create pleasant vibe.
Staff are polite and helpful. Only a short wait to see the doctor and getting medication.
