Very bad experience! This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last time consulting at this clinic. I used my medical card, and while the consultation fee was covered, the medication costs were not. I only had a cough with a mild sore throat, yet I was given eight packs of medication, including antibiotics. It felt unnecessary and seemed like the clinic was trying to charge more for medications. Very disappointing experience.
Very efficient doctor and nurses. Me and my son has been seeing Dr Lau for few years. He consistently provides accurate diagnosis and appropriate mediation. Nurses are caring and provide efficient service.
Great doctor and service. My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Lau for 6 months and are very satisfied with the service. Also we appreciate that the office is open until 8pm and on Saturday morning, feels great to have the doctor available. Not sure who the below old comments refer to but the current place is 100% clean and there’s only doctor serving there (dr Lau Chin Yeung)
The entire diagnosing took less than 8 seconds, the doctor didn't even bother to ask me take off my mask and take a look at my throat, knowing i have a throat problem. Was then given meds for 14 days of usage and changed 1000 for it
