I had a very positive experience seeing Dr. Cheng Chi Man. He was professional, kind, and very patient throughout the consultation. The nurse was also extremely friendly and helpful, which made the whole visit comfortable. Personally, I am very satisfied with the experience and truly appreciate the care I received. I am quite surprised by some of the negative comments I have seen, as they do not reflect my experience at all.
I had a wonderful experience. The receptionist has a kind attitude when I called. The clinic was clean and tidy, and the doctor was gentle and friendly, he assessed my condition well. The entire procedure was efficient, I only waited for 5 mins for getting the meds. My condition improved a lot after getting his prescription.
I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience with Dr. Cheng Chi Man for the benefit of future patients. I completely agree with some of the comments I’ve read about him. He lacks kindness and empathy, and it felt like he was judging my condition from a distance rather than genuinely engaging with it. He didn’t take the time to examine me, ask questions, or show any interest in understanding my issues. When I attempted to discuss my knee and neck pain, he abruptly interrupted me, insisting that our consultation time was up—despite the fact that we had barely spent 3-5 minutes together. This was not only unprofessional but also reflected a concerning attitude. I had to remind him that it is his responsibility to listen to patients' concerns. I even offered to leave and come back for a proper consultation if he felt overwhelmed. Ultimately, he reluctantly agreed to hear me out. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for those considering seeing him. A doctor's role is to provide care and support, and my experience was far from that.
Generally a good experience, didnt wait too long, doctor presents with sincere attitude . The only thing is the nurse kinda makes me nervous in the first place. A 4.5 star experience, price is fair
I had a lovely experience. When I called, the nurse was patient and kind telling me about the only available slot on that day; I booked, showed up on time and was greeted politely. The doctor was calm and detailed during my consultation. I felt so grateful, in 15 minutes, my health concern received medicine that worked. This clinic is bright, clean, easy to find by the way. I’ll personally come back to Dr. Cheng for future concerns.🙂
