I've seen all three doctors. They are patient and really try to understand your health issues, lifestyle, habits, and concerns. The front desk staff have all been professional as well. I used to be skeptical of TCM, but since coming here, I prefer it over western medicine. Even my children come here regularly!

I was experiencing a lot of sleepless nights because of a lot of pain from my shoulders until my hands especially at night and I was suggested to try acupuncture. I found Holistic Clinic by searching through google. The reception surprisingly speaks english as I heard most of the chinese medicine clinic normally just communicates in cantonese. They were super nice and were able to accommodate me on the same day and even tend to my last minute request. It's my first time and I was scared. Dr. Li assured me that everything will be fine and it's normal for first timers. We did the tests step by step and he was very attentive and provided me with a detailed diagnosis and what treatment should be done. He was really kind to check up on me from time to time to make sure I was okay. I feel so much better today and I was able to sleep which I'm very very happy. Will definitely book my next session with them again. Thank you again to Dr. Li & his team!
Been there twice, first time with the female doctor and 2nd time with Dr Lee. They are both very patient and helpful, I really love the experience at Holistic Chinese Medicine clinic, particularly the clean and modern environment and the doctors are very youthful and modern. Even the receptionist/nurse who replies WhatsApp is super efficient and friendly. 好有heart既醫師！highly recommend
