Very bad customer service, forced you to buy their treatment
Clean rather spacious facility. Disposable underwear and soft towel. Did full body massage and basic facial. Facial lady hard sell their expensive upgrade for 10min. She's still nice after I declined.
Hard sell! I bought a trial massage plan from a booth at the book fair. I saw many people online saying it was a rip-off. When I got there, I had a 30-minute massage trial, but they only massaged one leg. Then they tried to get me to pay extra for more parts. My leg was extremely sore after the massage.
The service is extremely poor. The counter staff are reluctant to reserve time slot for me because my existing package was bought from the Central Branch and I did not buy new service package from their branch. However, it is their pledge to allow customers to go to any branches for the bought service packages.
Originally booked the 5pm massage but end up starting at 5.40pm. the staff is very noisy and talking all the time
