CAREFUL!! They changed girls and these two are terrible !!! The one with the tattoo on the elbow is extremely rude, does not hear what you want done. She put too much pressure on the polishing machine and made a hole in my thumb ( went from nail to skin ) I’m at the doctor now. TERRIBLE, rude and they laugh about what they do every 30 seconds
Got my skin cut there. Really painful and keep bleeding until back home. The lady did say sorry but I simply find that she’d been too rough when trying to remove the dead skin from my feet. I’ve never had this experience before so really want to share it out. Very disappointing..
I’ve been going to their Sai Ying Pun branch for more than a year. The service is really good, very quick and the quality of work is great. Very affordable too as they don’t charge you extra for removing your old nail gel, not like other nail salons who will ask you to pay $50 for removing the old polish. I have recommended this place to most of my friends and we are all very satisfied. Highly recommended!
WORST nail removal experience ever! The staff used an electronic nail polisher to cut my nails shorter and the gel are not even properly removed. 🤬🤬I could have done a better job at home. Bad hygiene, bad service and charged me 100HKD. Never again!
Not bad for simple gel. Great price & speed. Recommend the young technician (around early-mid 20s)
