Excellent Manicure by Sindy! I was traveling in Hong Kong and needed to fix a broken nail. Sindy gave me a detailed and beautiful gel manicure that has now lasted almost 4 weeks, no chips or lifting! Highly recommend Bom Bom Lifestyle as the space is beautiful and calming as well. Louisa was also lovely to take so, so nice and attentive. I can’t wait to be back to try the other treatments! Thank you Bom Bom!

I don’t usually write bad reviews but I had such negative experience. The person who did my nails was nice though. They were quite disappointing. - First, I booked and paid through their website and my reservation was confirmed. When I arrived there on time, I was told that they double booked me, so I had to reschedule even though I had already paid. - On their website, it states that the Shellac/Gel pedicure includes a feet scrub and massage and would last 1 hour and 10 minutes. The entire service was done in 40 minutes (30 minutes faster than it should be). I was under the impression that the scrub/massage would fill up the rest of the 30 minutes.
I absolutely love coming to Bom Bom. The practitioners (including the lovely lady that runs the spa) are all extremely professional, but also friendly and sweet. I’ve come for various treatments over the last few years and have always been impressed by the high quality service and attention to detail. They (thank you, Sindy!) did my nails ahead of my wedding and other super important events, matching colours perfectly and making sure everything suited my skin tone, while taking into consideration the layering and how the secondary colours would look on top of the base coat, etc. The gel lasted a long time and didn’t damage my nails - especially as they gave me advice on how to prolong wear and care for my nails. The spa itself is comfortable, quiet and has a nice ambience (even when waxing!) Will be back soon to try the facial! Thank you so much Bom Bom 💗
