Great doctor for expats. Been going here for years, always felt quite understood, no language barrier en easy walk-in hours.
Not sure where these negative reviews come from, but Dr. Eddie is quite professional and kind. I’ve gone to him for 2 years now ever since I had to move from causeway bay. Overall he is great, I like that they take walk ins. The receptionists are normal, not the friendliest but definitely not terrible.
This doctor talked to me like a child when I was trying to explain my condition. I've been on tren for 10 years, and I'm worried about my kidneys, and he didn't even know what that was, so unprofessional.
Terrible experience. The doctor was rude to the highest degree.
We truly appreciate Dr Chan’s patience and caring. However, those front desk ladies might seem lack of empathy and got much ATTITUDE, pathetic.
