The worst experience i have ever had. I have visit 3 times for giving the doctor a chance. But non of the medicine works and i had to visit other clinic again everytime. Dont wanna mention the details but it was the worst doctor i have ever had.
I went to see this GP as he is near my home and had my worst medical experience ever. I found Dr Yeung to be rude, disengaged, impatient, and unethical. He asked me about my health issue as I was walking into his consultation room, didn’t make eye contact, gave me one word answers to my health questions, then sent me away to a lab within 2 minutes. I barely had time to sit down before he was ushering me out the door. His bedside manner can only be described as terrible. He wasn’t able to provide me with any practical advice for a common affliction and instead gave me pain medicine even after I made it clear I wasn’t in pain. A few days later, I had to chase up the nurse to relay my lab results and she told me the details over the phone saying I needed to return for medication. I went back to the clinic, expecting to simply pick up the medication, however, Dr Yeung insisted that I see him or I could leave without my treatment, which I now understand was motivated by his “policy” to charge me for another pointless 2-minute consult. He then repeated what the nurse told me over the phone, confirming his cash-grabbing and unethical approach to medicine. Go to another GP!
dry coughing and visited this clinic as it's covered by group medical. The doctor just look barely and ask nurse to subscribe some medicine without diagnose the sickness. (though some doctor also do this) the cough was worsen day by day after taking the medicine for 2days. when bringing the pills to another doctor, he said the pills make the cough worse. Rang back Dr Yeung clinic, the nurse Ms. Luk mentioned to call back but finally she did not. Very disappointed by the unprofessional treatment of this clinic.
