I had a terrible experience with Mr. Siu Huen who is very arrogant, not willing to hear about my cardio symptom and as a patient I feel his professionalism is questionable. Maybe he has problem understanding English or treating non-Cantonese speaker. It's a total waste of time so I had to visit another doctor who finally gave me pretty serious and helpful opinions. Be cautious if you visit Mr. Siu
The saleswoman was rude and had a terrible attitude. Her pricing was opaque. She didn't ask about or mention any extra charges when prescribing the medication; I only found out when I was collecting the money. She used terms like "special effect drug," "extra medication," and "what kind of drug," basically letting me dictate the price. As an ordinary citizen, how would I know what kind of medication it was? I could only trust her. I paid an extra $230 for just three days' worth of medication. I really want to know how expensive these medications are. I asked a friend who works at a pharmacy. He said they were just regular medications and would cost him change for $30. Could she have been ripping me off?
Dr. Siu and Dr. Lam are both wonderful, patient, and attentive doctors. I have a medical card, but the medications aren't cheap. The girls are all very nice, and they respond to bookings quickly. I've seen them handle difficult customers (who would walk away and call out, only to return and question why others were allowed in first) with grace. They're also very patient with elderly people who don't know how to use the phone. Overall, they're the top choice in the North Point area!!!! The only downside is that it's usually not crowded 😂 Calling in the afternoon usually results in a full house.
I visited a female doctor and she is a real doctor. She wants to know what causes pain before giving the pills. The doctor shows a heartwarming commitment to give a tailored diagnosis.☺️ Very kind and highly recommended!
Visited the clinic 10 years ago, Dr Xiu was warm and kind hearted. My recent visit has convinced me further that Dr Xiu is truly caring and understanding. The difference he makes in the lives of his patients is appreciated. The nurses are friendly and helpful.
