The staff were very caring and friendly, making me feel at ease right away. The whole process was smooth and efficient - I didn’t have to wait long before seeing the doctor. The doctor offered me very clear, practical advice.
The front desk staff was very nice over the phone. I mentioned needing a tetanus shot, and by the time I entered the doctor's office, the shots were already on the table. Very efficient! Dr Albert is very friendly and helpful. Do expect a longer wait during rush hours though, as he seems quite popular. Can book appointments in advance to save time.
I had a terrible experience with Mr. Siu Huen who is very arrogant, not willing to hear about my cardio symptom and as a patient I feel his professionalism is questionable. Maybe he has problem understanding English or treating non-Cantonese speaker. It's a total waste of time so I had to visit another doctor who finally gave me pretty serious and helpful opinions. Be cautious if you visit Mr. Siu
Dr. Albert is a knowledgeable, kind-hearted physician. Definitely recommend
Okay staff and doctor, however, be ready to wait 2h before seeing the doctor. My appointment was set at 16:20 and I finally saw the doctor at 18:00. There were about 6 people ahead of me who seemed to be waiting a while as well as they all looked disgruntled and tired. Highly disappointed since seeing all the good reviews here. I DO NOT recommend this place if you’re in need of medical care.
