One star is more than enough. I don't even know how complete their product selection is. I ordered online, but the staff had no record of it. The staff were completely unhelpful. They even showed my online purchase record. They themselves have no record of it internally. They just said it wasn't their business and wouldn't even bother to check. They're really not doing their job well.
The store offers a wide range of health and personal care products, and its convenient location makes shopping easy.
Located near Exit B1 of North Point MTR station, this shop is easy to find once you get to ground level. They have a complete range of skincare products, and I was able to buy everything I needed. The staff were very professional and friendly. I will definitely shop here again! 👍👍
Yesterday, I took my dad to the True Beauty wheelchair store in North Point. It's very convenient, right next to Exit B1 of the North Point MTR station. You can easily find this rehabilitation and nursing store just by going up to the ground floor. The store has many different models of wheelchairs, and we easily found one. The staff even showed me the seat cushion, which my dad tried out. He felt it was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff said they could arrange home delivery, but I didn't need it, so I bought it for him immediately. The staff also recommended a wheelchair raincoat for rainy days. The staff were very professional, attentive, and considerate. 👍👍
