The place is very clean and beautiful. The beauticians are very professional. I've been a customer for almost a year now. I've had many different treatments, and Pico is really worth it. Highly recommended!
I saw Gao Ling's photo at the mall before, went in and asked. I got a moisturizing facial for a little over a hundred dollars. The booth had a small plan, and it seemed like there were quite a few options, so I joined a small one.
I'd heard people say skiing tans your skin, but I didn't believe it. However, after my skiing lessons in Hokkaido this month and returning to Hong Kong, I found my freckles and age spots had gotten much darker 🤦🏻♀️ Even concealer couldn't cover them 🤦🏻♀️ I had to pay for Pico treatment 🥲. So far, it's been pretty good after one session. I'll share my results after a few more sessions 😂
I've been getting facials at You Beauty for 5 years now, and I've always felt that all the staff are incredibly attentive. The receptionists are gentle, the consultants are meticulous, and the therapists are skillful. I most often get the Pico treatment to remove blemishes. I have a lot of blemishes, and my skin is dry, but every time I finish, my skin is noticeably brighter and more radiant. They do a pre-treatment on the Pico beforehand, so my skin never feels dry. Highly recommended. After the facial, they even serve a sweet dessert soup, which is so sweet and thoughtful. I'm really looking forward to their new renovations; I'll be getting my facials in a beautiful environment.
Please don't go there! The esthetician touched my face with hands that smelled of smoke. Another time, they roughly removed my blackheads with their hands, not with needles, but while I was in pain. The biggest problem is that the esthetician and consultant are separate. After each treatment, I have to go back to the consultant's room for them to try and sell me something, but since they're not the ones performing the treatments, they don't know my situation best. After buying package A, they wanted me to buy package B next time, saying I could use both plans together. But when I went back, they hadn't extended the validity period of my plan A and plan B to coincide. They basically wanted me to pay more for plan A so I could use the remaining plan B. (Other beauty salons I've been to are very careful and automatically extend the validity period.) This place is very unpleasant. I will never go there again. Everyone should avoid it.
