Good location. Great facilities, services and masseur. Nice food and aqua services. Value for money and a must-go place.
I’ve been to a few places around town, but Windsor Spa really stands out. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calm, clean, and inviting—no awkward vibe at all. The facilities were spotless, including the shower and sauna area. I left feeling like a new person. If you need a professional, high-quality spa day without the ridiculous price tag of a hotel spa, this is the place.

I was there today because the website showing that a perfect plan to rest after a long day and the review also is good but on real time I was there for less than five minutes place feel like Cheap small Jacuzzi next to a sauna that is not that clean with plastic pipe running for water drain steam room smell very bad. I don’t feel comfortable at all and I have to leave in five minutes and the front desk want to charge me the full amount of HK$388 and I didn’t accept that and they say because you take a shower you have to pay half of that minimum And of course I have to take a shower because I use the Jacuzzi for two minutes and I feel so Not comfortable so I apologize for that
Large bath area with variety of temperatures. Has a sauna and steam room. Also, a nice lounge area with food/drinks and tv. Massage was exceptional and really released soreness in my back. Not too busy and quite a calm relaxed atmosphere. Only downside, was blindsided by the pricing as they’re different from what is advertised downstairs. However, even for $800-1200 I’ll be back for the overall experience and service.
