Will not come again. Used to come here a lot. But they made mistakes a lot in my two recent visits and it was disappointing when Faye only tried to cover it up. This was the rudest attitude I’ve ever experienced as when I pointed out the problem to her, she said you can try another salon next time. The hair colouring is simply two layered. Bad attitude. Bad service. The worst salon indeed.
So basically this should be the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my whole life. I asked the stylist to do wispy bangs, turned out I got a really short bangs like edna modes💀 Ok fine I thought he had a mistake so I gave him a second chance after the first haircut I mentioned. For the second time, I requested the stylist(same person) to do a LAYERED short hair that could touch my shoulders . . . . . . . I got a bob cut afterwards- I was like hmmmmmmmmmmmm?🤨also I reminded him to cut it in layers over two times welp im NOT spreading hate but it’s based on a real damn story😍
The worst haircut I ever had. The staff were nice but the haircut itself was horrible. I had a photo of a mid length haircut with curtain bangs to show them but the result looked nothing like it. Instead I got a helmet hair cut. Would seriously recommend spending a little extra money to another salon. Trust me not worth it. The guy who cut my hair didn't even seem like he knew how to cut. Two stars is being nice.
Interesting enough this shop got high ratings. My first and most probably last experience was unforgettably disappointing. The barber was grumbling throughout the entire haircut about how "naughty" my hair was, in which I started doubting if I'm the only person in HK getting natural curls (similar to the trendy Korean curls for short hair, and my previous barbers could blow them straight effortlessly if needed). The final result was that I got my left n right hair in different lengths, with my right noticeably longer than the left. Immediately I pointed this out to the barber. Guess what? He insisted that it was my hair's fault for curling naturally, which to him was a good and convincing reason to cut them into different lengths. To my astonishment, he refused to further trim both sides to the same length, claiming it's how it should look like when I got minor curls. The price is fair, $128 for wash, blow and cut. However, seeing this horrible quality plus strong smell of cigarettes from the barber himself, I'd rather go to a nearby $78 fast cut shop. At least, a normal haircut where the entire length is consistent. P.S. The next hairdresser for my hair cut was bewildered and measured my hair thrice when she realised the inconsistent lengths of both sides. LOL
