Absolutely love the ladies at Time Off! Every time I come for a facial, it’s not just relaxing for my skin but also for my soul. We always end up chatting about life and relationships — it’s like therapy and skincare in one. Super friendly vibe, highly recommended!
This facial place has a great price-to-performance ratio! The decor and environment are beautiful as soon as you step inside. Time Off Beauty doesn't have many rooms, but each one is spacious with a floor-to-ceiling window and a lovely living room, unlike other facial places in industrial buildings where the rooms are small and the ceilings are low. Next, let's talk about their facials. They have a great selection of machines, including a brand new Duotite and a pore gun. They're quick to buy new ones and willing to spend money, unlike some places that use one machine until it's worn out and refuse to replace it. Finally, even after getting a facial there... I bought a package from them, and everyone knows people need to make a living, but the consultant was very kind and sincere. Even though I didn't buy anything in the end and just paid extra for the trial, they still provided excellent service and didn't treat me badly just because I didn't buy anything.

Really bad service. I made a reservation at 4 but got cancelled at 3sth when i was already nearby. The reservation was made 2 days prior to the booking and i dont understand why they have to do this last min. I mean everyone’s time is important but i dont think they respect that at all.
Newly renovated in a nice building but definitely doggy sales practice
