Dr. Yoki helped me with a rescued kitten. Very friendly staff and helpful vet. They got everything my kitten needed and treated her with patience and kindness. Highly recommend.

The vet performed several procedures and gave my cat lots of medicine, he was dead after two days. The day he died I contacted them all day (since 11 am) for a follow-up, they finally answered at 6 pm when I sent a picture of him in really bad condition and then finally they said I should take him to the hospital in Wan Chai. This is Sai Kung so it took like 45 mins. He died on our way there. The fact that they didn't answer for hours and when I called they didn't pick my call is completely unprofessional and I blame them for the death of my cat. After we told them he passed, the vet didn't contact us even to him her condolences. He was fine until he took the medicine that morning, everything went down hill from there. The vet was Mancy Lau
