Amazing service and love for our poorly dog. Dr. John and the team took amazing care of him and were excellent at communicating with us throughout. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Dr. John handled my two little kittens with such care and gentleness. During their desexing operations, he noticed something unusual in one of the kittens' intestines. Out of genuine concern for the kitten’s health, he took an X-ray on his own initiative — even though it was beyond the standard procedure. He is such a kind, thoughtful, and dedicated vet. We’re truly grateful to have found someone who cares so much about our cats. Thank you, Dr. John!
My dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis, and thanks to the treatment at this clinic, she recovered very quickly. The staff and doctors were incredibly professional and kind, providing exceptional care and taking the time to explain all the treatment options thoroughly. They also offered valuable suggestions on how to care for my pet moving forward. I am so grateful for their support!
I've been bringing my two dogs, Hana and Aiko, to this clinic since 2023, and I can’t thank the entire team enough for their incredible care. The three vets — Dr. Gen, Dr. John, and Dr. Emily — are truly amazing! They’re not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate in handling my dogs. The nurses and reception staff are always kind, patient, and accommodating, creating a genuinely warm and welcoming environment. Both Hana and Aiko are usually quite nervous about vet visits, so I really appreciate that the team uses fear-free techniques to make every visit as stress-free as possible for them (along with loads of treat rewards!). Even though I live quite far away, I always make the trip to Sai Kung because the level of care and trust they provide is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend SKAH to any pet parent looking for exceptional veterinary care!
Vets are extremely patient and friendly to dogs!! They are very experienced and provide detailed information and accurate diagnosis as well as treatment plans. Vet nurses are amazing!! They are so nice to have updating us while our dog is hospitalized. They provide superb service and care to the dogs. Can’t find a better vet clinic! very much recommended!
