Said clinic was gonna reopen at 3pm, doctor didn’t stroll in until 330pm. First guy in line still hasn’t gone yet. Waited for 2 hours to see the doctor since they closed at midnight afternoon but still how could you keep so many sick people waiting when you’re meant to open at 3? Don’t just assume people are here because they have time to sit around
Dr Loo is an excellent GP. He gives you plenty of time to discuss any issue you may have, and he listens carefully. Clearly a very experienced doctor and a gentleman. His support staff are efficient, polite and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Loo Ramsay
I have lived in Hong Kong for more than 5 years, and I have seen Dr. Clifford during all my time in Hong Kong. He is so wonderful, he cares, he listens, he is always so appropriate. This is how professionalism looks like. I also needed a referral for specialists, and they all turn out to be great doctors, too. It's so important to have a good medical infrastructure when you live in overseas. I moved out of HK a few years ago and I am having very hard time to build the infrastructure in the new country. I miss a lot of things about Hong Kong, and doctors like him, definitely. Like others say wait time is long, but the clinic does take a walk queue in the morning, and I sometime needed it. I think if you want to see someone quickly you have to go to a doctor who doesn't listen to you, rushes you out, and who are not as popular as him, and maybe that's enough you just need a prescription.
Very professional and attentive doctor who spends time to probe about patient situation. Dr Loo is kind and cares about the well being of his patients. There is always a long queue of patients daily due to his good professionalism and popularity. One of the best doctors in HK!
He is definitely super busy and the wait in line to get a number (can also call to do that) is a very local practitioner tradition and I believe he doesn't change this method because there are a lot of senior citizens of Sai Kung who see doctors this way. But Dr Loo is a fantastic doctor for me and my kids. I've been to a few in Sai Kung, he really is the only one I ll go to. He explains everything extremely thoroughly and has a lot of patience.
