This is so bad, nobody seems to care. I keep checking it out. Once, my child had an allergic reaction to a medication, so I called the clinic, they gave me the name of the medication, and told me to come back and change the solution. This time, I saw Dr. Cao again. Because my elderly relative brought the child to the doctor, they didn't check the medication name. When I went back to check, they prescribed the same medication that causes allergies. Luckily, my child hadn't taken it. I only noticed when I looked closely that they had prescribed the same medication again, so I didn't give it to my child. If my elderly relative hadn't been able to read the prescription and had given it to my child, this would have been a very serious problem! I called the clinic, and they said the doctor had noted it down last time. Even if they had noted it down, if you didn't check the record and prescribed the wrong medication, who will be responsible if the child takes it? They just told me to change the medication and consider it a done deal. I won't see this doctor again! This is outrageous!
Terrible. My one-year-old was uncomfortable, wouldn't follow instructions, and wouldn't open his mouth wide. The doctor was completely incapable of comforting children, just coldly saying, "I can't see that. You (the mother) open his mouth wider!" His body language and eyes were full of impatience. If his medication were effective and the child improved after taking it, I would accept his attitude! But after four days of medication, the child not only didn't improve, but got worse, so we had to see another doctor. I don't recommend taking such a young child to a doctor who is so uncompassionate and impatient!
Terrible. The girl's attitude was extremely rude, and the doctor had no patience. There are other pediatricians in Sheung Shui, but please don't see her there; you'll only suffer that kind of treatment.
Terrible! Absolutely terrible! Doctors are afraid of infection and contamination, so during peak seasons they wouldn't see patients with fevers. Now, COVID-19 is treated like a common illness, and if a patient has a fever, children and adults are forced to stand at the door, not allowed to enter! If they go in and check something, they come out yelling! What's going on? This doctor isn't thorough or attentive when examining patients! All he seems to care about is the fear of infecting the child! Seriously, Cao Leiming! You're a pediatrician!!! You need to reflect on this!
This doctor is so strange! Once, when my son was a little over a year old, we went to see him! Kids are always so energetic! My son accidentally kicked his pants! He actually said he'd dirtied his pants! He immediately grabbed some tissues to wipe them clean. I was speechless! It was hilarious!
