On my first visit, the young woman was already quite arrogant when I called to inquire, saying she couldn't make appointments. When I arrived at the clinic, her attitude was even worse than before—extremely arrogant, unfriendly, and rude, leaving a very poor impression. She lacked professionalism and was unclear about the clinic's partner organizations. Dr. Chen is a young, professional, attentive, and patient female doctor.
Good attitude on the front desk and get assigned in a timely manner. The doctor is professional and good at easing common concerns as well as explaining the cost and potential benefit of a newer drug for the seasonal flu. Diagnosis with 3 days of medicine is $310-330 depending on medicine as of late 2025.
My stomach was chapped for a few days, and I finally couldn't take it anymore and had to see a doctor. The reviews looked good, so I decided to try this place. The photos showed an appointment number, but when I called, the girls were extremely impatient and said there were no appointments available, and I should just come over myself. After registering, the doctor asked very simple questions. Of all the doctors I've seen in my life, this was the most easygoing one. Even after taking three days' worth of medication, I still felt chapped. I will never go back to this place again.
Dr. Chan Sze-ying is very meticulous. She asked me very detailed questions during the consultation and taught me what symptoms and signs I should pay attention to for this disease. She was very patient and didn't seem to mind that I asked so many questions. She explained everything very clearly. Moreover, she was a female doctor, so I felt very comfortable letting her examine me without feeling embarrassed. She is a doctor who is very dedicated to treating patients and has good medical ethics.
Both Dr. Chen and the young lady are very attentive. Last time, when my elderly relative came to the clinic in a wheelchair, the doctor and young lady proactively went outside to help push the child into the clinic. They provide thorough examinations and their fees are affordable. 👍🏻
