I came to get an Onda treatment today on a friend's recommendation, and the process was comfortable. The beautician was professional and attentive.
I received the best lymphatic drainage massage in my experience. It felt very effective and I could actually feel my lymph nodes clearing. In addition, staff were very hospitable and friendly, which isn't always the case in Hong Kong unless you're at a hotel spa. I would definitely return and try their other services.

They attempted to use expired products in new customers' facial treatments and insisted "Expiry Date" is the same meaning as "Best Before" which means on their mind it's OK to use on your face even though it's expired for 4 months!! Afterwards they admitted that they didn't check the expiry date carefully when receiving products, but how come no staff (including the shop manager/person in charge) was aware of the expired products or disposed of them during these 4 months!!?? 1 more star as they did apologised for using expired item.
