Attentive, approachable, and a doctor with empathy who listens to patients.
I saw Dr. Lu and another female doctor (I went on Sunday). Both of them were very patient in listening to my examination and explaining the treatment. The medication was also just right, and it cured my bronchitis that had been so painful.
Dr. Lu was friendly and thorough in her examination, quickly identifying the cause of my illness, which she then explained clearly in a simple way. The prescription she gave me was also very effective; after two days, my chest and abdominal pain had significantly improved.
I am not sure about other doctors who’s station there, but Dr. Luk is a really good doctor, she’s patient and willing to answer all my questions. Her medication is of good quality as well, we recovered very soon every time.
if i could give a lower rating, i would. I took my baby to this clinic for vaccine and she told me the side effect might include fever. So i asked if she could give me some meds just in case my baby had fever tonight. She started saying in a dismissive manner that i can come back the day after if such happened and accused me of being greedy, just going there for free med. I explained that i can pay for the meds and i just want to treat my baby immediately just in case he had a fever. She continued to talk to me in a dismissive manner and starting insulting me and kept shouting that i went there for free meds. I was beyond humiliated and do not at all understand why a so called doctor would have no compassion at all (she dismissed the fact that i was genuinely worried for my baby and accused me of being greedy). When i left the clinic she shouted and the whole clinic heard, 'DO NOT EVER COME BACK AGAIN' This is beyond unprofessional, of course i wont go back again, i worried for my baby and other patients' safety. This seems to me a doctor who would jump to conclusions, look down to you and just humiliate her patients. I genuinely dont feel safe even going close to this place.
