Staff was polite and quick to make arrangements. Dr. Chan Man Hung, Clemens the general health practitioner at the time took the time to understand my current health condition (lower back sprain) Overall process took less than an hour. Highly recommend.
The doctor arrives an hour after the clinic opens every day, and the patient dies.
Terrible medical service. Impolite staff and unprofessional medical service. Waited for more than an hour and the doctor kicked you out for less than 3 minutes of consultation. Not even bother to spend an extra second to listen to you. Unfortunately it’s one of the clinic opened on Sunday pm that’s why I picked it regrettably.
Very very bad and unprofessional service, i called at 10pm asking whether can see the doctor, they said come before 11pm. I arrived at 10:30pm and they denied me entrance saying there too many patients waiting! Avoid at all costs!
