This doctor is really problematic. When I saw a Western doctor, I had thick phlegm, a sore throat, hoarseness, muscle pain, and chills. He said it was an "external cold," not an infection. I immediately asked him what the medical term was, and he only said half of "infestation" before changing his mind! He gave me some sleeping pills but refused to prescribe a fake doctor's note. I told him I needed to talk to children at work, and he said it wasn't contagious. I told him I had upper respiratory infection symptoms, and even when I had a phonation break and couldn't speak properly, he still told me to go to work. I don't know if it's because I used my medical card, but I will never see him again in this lifetime!
Dr. Guo is friendly, approachable, and has excellent medical skills. 👍
The girl's attitude was terrible. When I called to ask if I had seen a doctor, her first sentence was rude, like she was trying to sell me something... Only after I asked a few more questions did she say she was on holiday.
The doctor was excellent and attentive, and didn't delay treatment, so I rarely needed to see him a second time! The girl, on the other hand, was just so-so!
He has been my doctor since 1996. I think he is a good doctor, and I trust him completely. Thank you, Dr. Guo! 👍👍👍🙏
