Went during 11:45am, POLITELY gave my HKID to the staff, then was told I should come back at 12:30pm I stupidly waited came back sat down only to hear the staff talking badly about how I apparently “shoved” my HKID card to her and wasn’t clear enough to tell her I wanted to see the doctor. I ended up just leaving after hearing that comment, the staff has extremely poor behaviour and are unprofessional. Do not go unless you want to waste your money and time.
Bad experience.. worst experience, on call nurse said 250HKD cash , after going there they asked 930 HKD and upon asking her why this much amount ,I said can I speak to doctor ? She said no and She called the police .
Stay away from this clinic please. They are weirdo. The staff at the clinic is weird and rude, and the overall experience is strange. Consultations start at 3 PM, but the doctor was not there and asked to return after three hours. They require you to make appointments only by phone, but no one answers the phone even though there are staff in the clinic.
Staff were rude on phone and in person, likewise for the doctor. WORST consultation experience as we presented group medical card. Brought along a 3 year old and stated one swipe of medical card is only good for one symptom/sickness, another sickness requires another swipe👍… yelling at my boy when checking out his throat, nil patience, the whole experience was dreadful and she had no patience on kids. Shameful she claimed herself she got diploma in Pediatrics… strongly recommend DONT GO!
Doctors is great but the times say 3:00pm yet the doctor only arrives at 3:45. Wasted 45mins
