The doctor did not ask about my medical history and condition thoroughly during consultation. He then prescribed me a medication without mentioning the major side effects of dependency. I only found out after searching online after receiving the medicine, which is usually not prescribed unless other options are ineffective.
Doctors at this clinic gives medicine with overlapped and duplicated purposes, and did not explain clearly why they stack the same-purpose medicine. One time in 2024, I went for a common cold, they charged me $1200 total, probably they knew I had medical coverage. This time, in 2025, I was told that my insurance doesn’t work with them anymore, I specifically asked the doctor to review the medicine the gives me carefully because.. well, I don’t have an insurance for them to “milk” anymore. Doctor still gave me antibiotics (convinced me to take it because of my long cough),and again, 3 types of cough medicine, which they deemed “more effective if taken together”??? In the end I asked to remove 2 cough medicines (5 days treatment) and the bill went down only from $780 to $750. There’s no breakdown of the cost, not even sure how much was consultation and how much were the 10+ types of medicine. When I asked for more information, the girl staff at the counter had terrible attitude, as if she’s not responsible for or part of this greedy scheme. Every time I went there, after finishing my course of medicines, I never even recovered fully, and had to go to another clinic. In conclusion, just don’t ever go to these group-medical clinics; they are all greedy and want to milk you as much as they can, and no one ever questioned them.
My husband went to see Dr Leung for the ‘lump’ on the backside. Dr Leung didn’t perform a thorough examination but just prescribed some antibiotics and cream treated for haemorrhoid. Don’t feel right, went to see another doctor for second opinion. After a thorough examination, this doctor did an immediate referral to a specialist as the ‘lump’ on the backside is an unusual growth which is NOT haemorrhoid! Surprisingly, this doctor is charging half of what Dr Leung charged. Unbelievable.
The doctor is calm and friendly. But female employees are not allowed to do that. Behaved consistently and rudely for several years. There are probably many better nurses than them, so why do keep hiring them?
I 100% recommend this medical center, they are always busy but the staff are friendly and efficient even as busy as they are. The doctor I see Dr Leung is always very calm and makes me feel very looked after. All in all a very professional service and team. Tk you for always looking after me…
