I just shopped from outlet staff poly has won hearts with her hospitality and helpful nature of helping and serving the best to her capability. Everyone sells stuff but she does from heart seems she enjoys and loves her work thank you for such good staff Polly wishing success to reach great heights
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service Experience Poly was extremely polite and very helpful throughout our visit. She patiently assisted me in choosing the right perfume and shared her expertise with great attention to detail. Because of her recommendations, I even ended up adding one more fragrance which I and my wife absolutely loved! Her professionalism and warm approach made the whole experience enjoyable. We will definitely visit Dior again when we come back to Hong Kong. Thank you, Poly, for the wonderful service!

It was a fantastic shopping experience. I went to Dior Beauty last week and tried to find a product to solve my skin problem. Then, one of the consultants came over and nicely suggested I try the serum on my chin (my skin was peeling and sagging after a sunbath). I did put the serum on, and then the fanatic moment happened…. My skin recovered in 5-8 minutes. The skin lifted up well, solving the peeling skin. Sandy is not just a beauty consultant; she also gives good advice and patiently introduces various products. I need to say thank you to Sandy. She did a wonderful job.
We dont have any plans to go here, we are just passing by.. until we met polly, she is very fun and jolly.. she cater my wife for an hour doing make ups and all.. so we ended up buying the products but its worth it.. she knows alot on shades which color would be good to your skin color and everything.. kudos to this shop! Lucky to have polly in dior city gate branch.
