I clearly reported my symptoms as a sore throat, muscle aches, and cough, explicitly stating that I was not experiencing a runny nose or allergy-related issues. Despite this, Dr. Leung prescribed unnecessary medications. Already report this case to medical council.
Dr Leung is very popular with people from different communities in Tung Chung, every time we go there there's a queue. Here it's first come first served, and they won't turn you away even if it's almost closing time. In fact they often open past the closing times just to finish seeing all the patients. They are willing to accommodate your needs as to the medicine prescribed. Dr Leung is very nice and patient, he takes his time with everyone.
I almost never write reviews but I must warn people that this is a terrible doctor that gives overdose of medication for babies. Please go to a real doctor. We thankfully got a pediatrician advice after we noticed that the baby was breathing funnily.
I've seen a lot of negative reviews, but they all seem to be from a few years ago. It looks like they've changed doctors now, and Dr. Leung Chung Fai is the new one. Dr. Leung is the most patient, gentle, and courteous doctor I have ever met in Hong Kong. He listens carefully, explains and answers every single question, unlike other doctors who just brush you off.
1-min consultation by doctor, but was mostly on point. However, after I'd left, I received a call from the nurse asking me to come back because they gave me the wrong meds and said she'll explain more after I come back. Turns out they had given me meds that I had already said I'm allergic to. So they simply wanted me to walk back, give them back the medicine and not give me any sort of refund. This is not trustworthy behaviour on multiple levels - will not return.
