i called this morning to book an appointment and they said they only accept walk-in patients. i even called twice to make sure and they said the same thing. the moment i arrived the clinic 15mins after my 2nd call, they said it’s fully booked for today and i need an appointment??? ironic. sucks to be me then?
It is Clearly mentioned in the Google website that, it is opened on Sunday, as a sick person, I made to the mentioned time at round 10 am at the clinic, but unfortunately it was closed and was informed that the doctor left so no more registration and the clinic is closed. Please do mention or update that in the website. Thank you
The doctor was very friendly and detailed when explaining my sickness and gave me two days of sick leave. However, at the counter, the nurse wrote only one day of sick leave for my letter. When I corrected her, she said I have to pay $50 dollars for the additional day even when I told her the doctor himself told me to take two days off. I don't understand, but I paid anyway because I'm so feverish and tired. I won't come back anymore, even if I'm sick
Professional doctor and friendly nurses. They is QR site for current patient being viewed. Was hesitate with the reviews but didn’t experience any of that.
Have been happy with the dentistry over the years but the counter staff are useless “jobsworths” . I turned up for an appointment but I refused the temperature check because the last time they stuck the machine in my ear it gave me an infection that cost my thousands of dollars in specialist doctors bills to cure. Why can’t they use the same temperature check system that the whole of HK uses? They refused my appointment….
