I’ve visited this clinic for a physical check-up. The clinic flow was wonderful. Did not have to wait to long. All the staff were so friendly and more than helpful,especially the one who speaks Thai. She was very proactive and assisted me until the end of my process. Definitely would come back for sure and recommend others.

I really appreciate james(Nurse with glasses on and blue uniform), i think he is a manager, I was late in my appointment around 10mins. I called ahead to let them know i was gonna be late. The nurse that i talk through the phone was a lady and she was rude. She told me to come at 5 since im late. But when i approched james i informed him i was late and he just smile at me and assist me very well. Thankyou James!
1. App booking was quick and easy. 2. Check-in slightly unclear, but completed fine. 3. Wait time ✋️ AWFUL—over 1h minimum. Unacceptable and unprofessional. 4. Doctor spent 2 min, prescribed antibiotics!!!
Made an appointment using their app. The process was quick and smooth, only took 1-2 minutes. Nurses at reception were polite and efficient. I was able to see the doctor after a few minutes. Dr Wong (Chinese Medicine)was informative, professional and patient. A pleasant experience overall!
