Staff workers were very racist to my friend and didn’t let us spray the cologne on our skin
Staff unapproachable and rude, congregating at the back of the store chitchatting. Security guard on the other hand was more attentive which felt offensive and inappropriate. When one of the staff eventually came over, no greetings and was not knowledgeable about the products.
Friendly and helpful staff ! Love fragrances n make up products but no noticeable price difference here in outlet than regular beauty stores .
A sales staff by the name of Momoko is the rudest most arrogant staff you have in your CDF tungchung outlet. She is not fit to be a sales staff as she looks down on customers when asked about products. She sighs when asked to bring products out and speaks in a rude tone. It’s a shame to have her be in this sales shop!! Will never buy Laneige from this shop again!
